Social Studies

The Montour High School Social Studies Department Course of Study reflects a rigorous and relevant comprehensive curriculum focused on United States History, Global Studies, Economics, and Poltical Systems. The course of study includes both honors, advanced placement (AP), and college in the high school (CHS) courses along with a menu of elective course offerings including; Pyschology, Sociology, and America and the Modern World.

Each of the grade level specific courses reflect curriculum that is aligned to the Pennsylvania State Standards.
