The Montour High School Science Olympics Team is composed of up to fifteen students who compete in twenty-three events.

Science Olympics events are designed to use a variety of intellectual and practical skills. Some events require a quick recall of specific facts, while others require concept development, a process skill, or an application of a specific concept. Some events require general knowledge while others require a specific skill. Others may require a engineering skills where students are required to design, build and test their structures.

Students compete in teams of two or three within their events.

The Montour High School Science Olympics Team sponsors are Mrs. Pam Diianni and Mr. Phil Morrow.
